RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

All merchandise is FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. Our company does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. You can exchange ONLY if your goods is defective, flat irons can be exchanged ONLY for a manufacturer defect. If your flat irons are purchased ON SALE,  your item is FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for a return, although certain goods are exempt, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $25, unless the Goods are proved to be non-conformed as per above. The customer may not return any goods without Seller's written consent. Any products returned without their original packaging and/or physical damage are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please contact us at epiphany@theepiphanyway.com IMMEDIATELY within 2 business days in regards to Networth Hair Collection 0RDERS or Gabrielle E. Haircare Corporation ORDERS. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn.  Hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and its lost or missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns for exchanges.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE.

 

SHIPPING

After your order is placed please allow 7-9 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship your order. You will receive a tracking number via email. Generally shipping takes about 5-7 days once the tracking number is received. For sale orders please allow up to 10-15 business days max. Generally orders will be shipped and received sooner than the time frames above. When your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number. We only ship to the address provided via Paypal. After orders are placed we are unable to change shipping addresses. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

THE EPIPHANY WAY is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, rent, or disclose any of you information to any party.
